I've had some disappointing experiences with other dealerships, especially when it comes to used cars, and I expected this might be another case of great advertising but no real substance. However, this experience was refreshingly different.
As someone who loves cars and changes vehicles frequently, I've dealt with my fair share of dealerships. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with both Erica and Behnam, who helped me explore the various options available. What really stood out was Erica’s honesty. I had another car in mind initially, but with her guidance, I ended up choosing a vehicle that was truly the best fit for me. Behnam was also instrumental in processing my application smoothly, and I greatly appreciated their combined effort. In the end, I decided on a 2021 Porsche Cayenne Coupe with only 40,000 KM on it—still under factory warranty and in pristine condition.
During the delivery process, I asked them to inspect something on the car and even requested that it be taken to a Porsche dealership. To my surprise, they agreed without hesitation and covered the maintenance costs themselves. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.
Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting Neil, the owner of Toronto Auto Group, who was a genuine and helpful person. His insights helped finalize my deal, and I’m grateful for the entire team’s dedication.
